New Staff Information

Welcome to the Whistler Blackcomb Snow School! We are SO excited for you to come and join us here in Whistler.

In early November, we will start entering you into our system to make you an Active Employee. At this time, you will start to receive emails from Vail.

Look out for email containing your final onboarding forms. This will be sent to all new hires in November who have completed the new employee set up. The email will look like this:

Subject: Complete Your Final Onboarding Forms From: vailresortscareers@vailresorts.com

It is very important that you read and complete the steps in these emails, as it gets you hired into our system so that you can start your online training and then start work with us. If you have not received these onboarding emails by November 10th, make sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find the email please contact Lucie our hiring master at lbishop@vailresorts.com. For the best results experience we recommend using a desktop computer to complete this process.

The New employee checklist is a great resource to check you have everything you need to get started with us.

If you are having troubles with the onboarding process or have questions, please read through the FAQs and you can also request support.

Once you have completed the final onboarding steps, you will be able to check-in, in person. Your supervisor will reach out when they have started at the end of the first week in November.
